Description & Requirements

We are seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our commercial team for our luxury residential projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of junior commercial staff;
Manage and review contracts, including negotiation of terms with subcontractors and suppliers;
Oversee interim payment certifications, final account settlements, and dispute resolution;
Evaluate and agree on variation values;
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality;
Prepare subcontract procurement documentation, analyze tender returns, and produce tender recommendation reports;
Present regular financial reports to stakeholders, including cash flow forecasts and end-of-project projections;
Prepare claims documentation and manage all related issues.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, with professional qualifications such as MRICS or HKIS are preferred;
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a contractor environment;
Proven supervisory experience of at least 3 years, with a track record of independently managing a team;
Strong commercial and contractual acumen;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
